The short version We collect what you put in the form, plus basic technical info (IP, browser, country) to know who is reaching out. We don't sell, share, or use your data for ads. You can request deletion any time.

1. Who we are

LeadRecon Solutions ("we", "us", "our") operates leadrecon.solutions and provides qualified cold opportunity records for sales agencies. For privacy questions, write to [email protected].

2. What we collect

When you submit our sample request form, we collect:

Category	What exactly
Identity	Name, agency website
Contact	Channel (email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Teams) and corresponding handle/address
Brief	Target niche, target location, service you want to sell, optional notes
Selected pack	Which pricing tier you chose
Technical	IP address, approximate country & city (from IP), browser, operating system, device type, user-agent string, submission timestamp

We do not collect payment information through the form. Payment is handled separately when you confirm an order.

3. Why we collect it

Form data — to prepare your custom sample of records and reply to your request.
Technical data — for security (detecting abuse and spam submissions), basic analytics about who reaches out, and to help us tailor follow-ups to your timezone and language.

Legal basis (GDPR): legitimate interest in operating and securing our service, and consent given by submitting the form after reviewing this policy.

4. Third parties we use

To run the site and process submissions, we rely on the following services that may process your data on our behalf:

Telegram (telegram.org) — submission notifications are sent to our internal Telegram bot. Telegram processes the message data per their privacy policy.
ipwho.is — used to look up approximate country and city from your IP at submission. They see your IP at the moment of submission.
Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's CDN. Google may log the request including IP per their privacy policy.
Our hosting provider — our VPS provider sees server logs (IPs, request times) as part of normal hosting operations.

We do not use analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.), advertising trackers, or session-recording tools.

5. How long we keep it

Form submissions: kept indefinitely unless you request deletion. Server logs: typically 30–90 days per hosting provider defaults. If your request does not lead to a paid engagement, you can ask us to delete your record at any time.

6. Sharing & selling

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. We only share with the services listed in section 4, strictly to operate the form and reply to you.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR for EU/UK, CCPA for California, similar elsewhere), you have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
Object to or restrict processing
Withdraw consent
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

This service is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage.
