Terms of Service

The short version We sell qualified opportunity records, not booked calls. You pay, we deliver records. If individual records are clearly bad, we refund credit for those records. You are responsible for how you reach out to anyone in the records.

1. The service

LeadRecon Solutions ("we", "us") provides qualified cold opportunity records on US small and mid-sized businesses. Each record includes business data, public contact paths, digital presence analysis, and an outreach angle, as described on our homepage.

We also offer raw Google Maps data parsing as a secondary add-on service, sold separately at the rates listed on the homepage.

2. What you get — and what you don't

You receive opportunity records as a CSV, Google Sheet, or email attachment, typically within one business day of payment confirmation for the pack you ordered.

We do not promise or guarantee:

Booked calls, replies, or meetings with anyone in the records
Any specific number of paying clients resulting from outreach
Any specific revenue, ROI, or conversion outcome
That every record will be perfect — see refund policy in section 4

You are buying intelligence on prospects, not the outcome of your sales process. Selling and closing remain your work.

3. Pricing & payment

Pricing is listed on our homepage. Sample requests (10 records) are free. Paid packs require payment in full before delivery. Currency is USD. Payment method is agreed via the contact channel you select.

4. Refunds & bad records

If a delivered record is clearly invalid — for example, the business no longer exists, or the contact information is verifiably wrong — we will refund credit for that specific record on request.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, with a brief explanation of why the record is invalid. Subjective complaints ("they didn't reply", "wrong fit for me") do not qualify for refund — we deliver records, not interested buyers.

Refunds are issued as account credit toward your next pack, or as cash refund at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use records for legitimate B2B outreach in compliance with applicable laws — including CAN-SPAM, CCPA, TCPA, GDPR, and any local equivalents. In particular:

Include accurate sender identification and opt-out options in marketing emails
Respect Do-Not-Call lists where applicable for phone outreach
Do not use records to send unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content
Do not resell, redistribute, or publish our records as a database

We may suspend or terminate service if records are used in violation of these terms or applicable law.

6. Data sourcing

All records are compiled from publicly available business signals: company websites, Google Business Profile listings, public directories, and similar public sources. We do not include private personal data not voluntarily published by the business in question.

7. Intellectual property

The records are licensed to you for your own outbound sales use. The compilation, scoring, and outreach angles are our intellectual property — you may use them internally but not republish or resell as a dataset.

8. Limitation of liability

Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific pack giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or reputational harm.

9. Privacy

How we handle data you submit is described in our privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
